NAME
       newSWFVideoStream - creates a new SWFVideoStream object

SYNOPSIS
       #include <ming.h>

       SWFVideoStream newSWFVideoStream(void);

DESCRIPTION
       This  function  creates an empty videostream object. This object can be
       adressed via ActionScript to connect and display a streamed video (pro‐
       gessive download / rtmp).
